This is entrance side with the roll off roof closed. The Pier is a 8" sc 40 PVC pipe with a 3" well steel pipe in the middle of it all in concrete 42" deep in the ground. Both the PVC and the steel pipe are filled with concrete, seems very stable.
The building is 8' X 16' with half for the observatory deck and the other half a warm room. There are 9 4X4's 32" in the ground just to support the observatory deck, all flooring boards are treated 2x6's including the deck itself.
